A classic Mid Century arm chair designed by Per-Olof Scotte in heavy cognac saddle leather with oak frame. Well, you either love your leather in an unmarked condition or you prefer it with age related patina. If you prefer the latter (and there is no right or wrong when it comes to personal style) then you’ll love this chair. I have no idea of the stories it could tell but the leather on this chair has certainly had a life! It’s a perfect example of Scandinavian Mid-century design being both understatedly stylish and also comfortable to sit in with sweeping, sculptural arms and a sturdy oak frame.

The frame is in excellent vintage condition and the leather, whilst being re-treated and nourished, maintains its character and age. All the joints are solid and secure and despite its 60 year life span there’s plenty of life and love left for it to give.
