Six black leather B&B Italia Maxalto Solo dining chairs designed by Antonio Citterio – presented in very good condition and at a fraction of the original purchase price.
 
The Solo dining chair from the Maxalto range at B&B Italia is one of their more enduring designs. Originally designed by Italian architect Antonio Citterio in 1999 they continue to be one of the most popular dining chairs sold by B&B. This set, in premium quality nero leather, currently retails in excess of £1,200 per chair and benefits from removable covers and a bright chrome frame. They are both comfortable and stylish as well as being practical and easy to clean and maintain. In addition they would match well with a range of dining table styles including wood, glass and marble.
 
This set of 6 chairs, dating from 2006, is presented in very good condition. There are some small marks in the leather, as you would expect given their age, but no deep scratches, nicks or tears. The top of each chair’s base chrome cross support (as shown in one picture) also have some light scratches, (as people often rest their feet on the inside of the frame) but these certainly don’t detract from the quality and appeal of the chairs. The maker’s mark is stamped into the back of each chair and each chair is also labelled underneath as shown.
